Rental Agreement For Social Hall/Kitchen Agreement by and between Citizen’s Fire Company #1, and Name and Address ______________________________________________ Phone Number ______________________________________________
Otherwise known as a renter, for rental of the social hall and / or kitchen as follows (Choose One):
Social Hall & Bathrooms only: (No Kitchen Facilities) -$100.00 Plus $40.00 to the janitor
Social Hall, Bathrooms and Kitchen Facilities -$175.00 Plus $40.00 to the janitor
All Renter will need to provide proof of Liability Insurance for the date of rental and sign a Holds Harmless Agreement.
The parties here to agree as follows: Renter agrees to rent the social hall on ______________, for the following period of time___________.
To reserve the above listed date, contract must be signed and returned along with proof of Insurance, Hold Harmless Agreement, and full amount of the rental. The Janitor fee must be paid 2 weeks before the rental of the hall, and must be payable directly to the janitor. If the rental is canceled before the janitor fee is paid, the renter will receive a refund for the rental fee, less $50.00. It is signed by both parties, but the billing shall cover only such period as herein designated, plus breakage, damage, or loss if any.
Final payment of the janitor fee under this contract shall be due and made payable on or before_____________.
It is also hereby agreed that if the renter fails to make settlement within the aforementioned period, the Fire Company shall take necessary means to collect amount owed.
It is further agreed that the renter shall conduct no activities which may violate any Federal or State Law, or otherwise be detrimental to the Fire Company or Community in general.
It is also agreed that the Fire Company is not responsible for anything let or placed in the facility. Any decorations used by the renter must be completely removed after use of the facility. Also no decorations shall be taped to the ceiling. Decorations and wall hangings of the Fire Company will not be removed without approval or consent of the Fire Company. All activities will be limited to the social hall, bathrooms and kitchen (if applicable) areas only.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TOP PART OF THE CHURCH PARKING LOT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SOCIAL HALL RENTERS
