| 2nd Alarm Well Off on Arrival |

Early this morning units were dispatched to the 300 Block of North Railroad Street for a structure fire. Lt 1 arrived on scene to find a 3 story residential Heavy fire to the rear. Chief 1 arrived on scene and took incident command. At the same time W-1 arrived and stretched multiple hand-lines to the fire building. Due to heavy fire load and multiple apartment units to work in, Command requested 2nd alarm. All crews worked together and bring the incident under control. Crews were on scene until about 0530hrs. A job well done by everyone on scene and special thanks to Truck 88 and Engine 35 to covering the district. Special thanks to the 88 crew for helping to clean up and pack all the lines back on the wagon, |
